Terms of Use

This application is a private internal tool used by Biologic of Canada to connect authorized QuickBooks Online company data with internal reporting, Shopify order matching, invoice preparation, and deposit reconciliation workflows.

Internal use only

The application is not offered for public sale or public use. Only authorized Biologic of Canada users may connect a QuickBooks Online company to this tool.

Permitted use

Use of this tool is limited to internal bookkeeping, reporting, operational automation, Shopify order review, invoice preparation, and deposit reconciliation.

QuickBooks authorization

Users must have authority to authorize access to the connected QuickBooks Online company. Access may be revoked at any time through QuickBooks Online or Intuit app authorization settings.

No public account access

This connector is intended only for company-controlled accounts and internal workflows. It does not provide accounting, tax, legal, or financial advice.

Privacy Policy

This private internal application accesses QuickBooks Online data only for the authorized connected company.

Data accessed

Data accessed may include company information, customers, items, products, services, invoices, payments, deposits, accounts, and related accounting records.

How data is used

The data is used only for internal reporting, Shopify order matching, invoice preparation, deposit reconciliation, and related company bookkeeping workflows.

Data sharing

QuickBooks data accessed by this connector is not sold, rented, shared with advertisers, or used for unrelated purposes.

Storage and security

QuickBooks credentials and tokens are stored only in company-controlled local systems or approved company infrastructure. Access is limited to authorized company workflows and users.

Revoking access

Access can be revoked through QuickBooks Online or Intuit app authorization settings. Revoking access prevents the connector from making further QuickBooks API calls for that company.
